Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Excellent and the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the ideas & facts that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the Saudi Arabia, Riyadh metro project.

Compensation is decent, excellent growth. The work pressure is very good condition and balanced. Good team spirit coordination, results oriental. Periodically team appreciation and safe hours appreciation achieved.annual apraisal and increments received. Also, there is on-job training provided. So I would like to work with consultant jobs in any country.
