Excellent and the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the ideas & facts that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the Saudi Arabia, Riyadh metro project.

Compensation is decent, excellent growth. The work pressure is very good condition and balanced. Good team spirit coordination, results oriental. Periodically team appreciation and safe hours appreciation achieved.annual apraisal and increments received. Also, there is on-job training provided. So I would like to work with consultant jobs in any country.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
