Leave credited after the Quater, Medical Benefits covers only 2 Lakhs, PF deduction only Rs.1800, No professional training for employees, No support from HQ.

The one and only good thing about Egis is they dont fail paying salary on time. its the 1st day of the month. Company culture is good.

If you are working in project the whole scenario changes the essence of the company wont reach you. Their project office works completely independently! Your work culture, working days/hours all depends on client wish. Egis hardly intervenes in that. They dont have those kind of managers who will have any say.. They treat project office as cash flow medium thats it.

...go good. It varies from project to project based on the project team and client. On time salary. Good HO response and communications with employees related queries.
