The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Dislikes

There is no career growth , will get training on one type of system and remain only on that till end. Philippines peoples are majority technicians only few Indians available , difficult to maintain good relationship with them.

Except My Department Manager .Eng.Hassan.Rest is Shit.In my Department.Like Commercial Director & Projects Manager.

Dislikes

They will not ask or hear your Opinion or reply.Just all they need to have any blame so they can terminate you & Deductions.Not Professional way of Work .Only Favoritisim will work there.Which is no good for any company wealth.
