Offer letter - Accepted

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

No Formal Dress Code Only Salary on time

Dislikes

No Proper Training & Guidance. Politics among themselves. Blaming each others. Changing Rules everyday. Buttering needed for every senior managers. Only gossips, chit chat, hours of meeting but no work output. Nobody has time to train new person. Humiliating and insulting managers.

It's a golden cage, looks beautiful with the hip interiors and the colorful lights

Dislikes

The work culture is bad, bosses are immature and managers are not well qualified. Their salary structure is out of hand. They don't pay on time and would rather give more attention to the house keeping department. Every 2nd and 4th Saturday bis an off on papers but they make the employees give up those offs as well.
