...y due to personal issue. I have done my service 6years now they look me enemy. Salary not incriminate after receive promotion also.

Company was good but at time of covid 19 EFS saudi Arabia was not send my salary today is 7 month to go but not any update to my salary .i was very upset of there management of company

Staffs get salary on time. But for me, EFS is a Institute where I learnt lots of things.

Fluctuate salary, for example - All housekeepers, technicians, supervisors don't get same salary. Even I'm also MEP supervisor & have B-tech degree but getting gross salary SAR 2800.

...wer Level Staffs at least in my site are very very open Minded and supportive. they even show their salary slip loool In terms of Skills development or Knowledge, this type of Job is Heaven for 10th pass or 12th Pass/ITI. They will Learn, a lot.

Poor Management Department and there is NO CONCEPT of weekly-Off in this Company let alone the leave Policy. They don't care about the Problems which Employee are facing while working. They literally Ghost the employee. And would try every means by Hooked or Crooked way to get the Work done. Graduates fellow will find Over-qualified for these Jobs. There is NO carrer for them in this line, and also they won't learn a lot.

Did not support. Just with 15 days notice relieved me due to redundancy of services. I was working in junior level.

As per commitment, no salary hike given and lot of discrimination for women employees.
