Other's Head of the departments are cool not mine. Daily twice Tea and parle-G biscuits. Little-bit of fun activities of yearly twice or thrice.

When employees request a raise, the standard response is ("the company is not in good position; I will consider it next year"). However, the increments never actually happen. Additionally, salaries are credited between the 7th and 15th of each month. If an employee faces an emergency, no financial assistance is provided before the scheduled payment date. One employee behave as if she own the company, acting with excessive authority despite holding no actual decision-making power. One such individual believes her hard work is single-handedly bringing the company to the top. The HR department is merely an extension of the CEO'S authority. The HR representative has little knowledge of the company policies and lacks decision-making power. When employees raise concerns about salary delays, Increments or bonuses, the typical response is: "I will check with management and update you". However, updates take months and ultimately, all decisions rest with the CEO. The absence of a structured management team leads to confusion, delays and dissatisfaction among employees. Finally, The company suffers from poor leadership, excessive micromanagement, delayed salaries and ineffective HR department. I know they will not take this comment seriously, but I hope it will be useful for other employees. I am the happiest person in the world.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada.But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have a work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
