Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

1) High level of politics by one old employee. 2) Owners take random decisions and no coordination between two owners. 3) Owners Pampers and listens to only old special employees. 4) They laterally ruin your career. 5) Unrealistic expectations of owners. 6) List can go on but I am limiting myself here.

Nothing is there to like. If there was an option to put 0* i would give that. They only care about their bill payment raised to the client. They have a dictator instead of a director. Their office team treats the site team as their servant. Increment is done only basis of favouritism . Their attitude is "nobody cares, we don't have lack of workers in the market".. HR is horrible, they don't have independent role. Their role is like a post man, mail director's decision tobemployees...My last 1year 9 month's experience was too much horrible.. you shall resign like me in less than couple of months after joining.
