...gs which helped me alot.For freshers it is the best place to start their career.Its a medium scale company so,the compensation will be normal. I had gone through agreement for 2.5 years . during my tenure I was satisfied with the work.The main thing in efftronics is human relations,every employee is soo good and you will get best colleagues here.

No career growth,3 year's bond, u have to give your original certificates, and company will hold the one third of your salary for 2.5 years, no proper increments, but technicical knowledge is good. Good staff, average standards.

....5 years before you cannot resign. Some site conditions are really hard to work. Low salaries.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2.5 years before which you cannot resign.
