Teammates were good. The training was also good. There was no career growth. The salary was very less. The working environment was sophisticated.

Dislikes

You had to work for 9 hours and the salary was only 6750 rupees.

Yaa it was a great experience for me bcz i started my carier as a fresher in effort bpo ..so its was good learning experience for me ..yaa one thing the environment was too good and my team mates are really supportive nd my team leader was also too much supportive ..so finally allover all the thing in Effort BPO is really good

Not so many thing but i think they hve to do little bit on their discpline ..

Decent Presentation of company director when he was came on floor no-one have any word to say in front of him even overall floor in a mute mode . That's look like we are in a system to work as employee.

There Security system is very Dangerous . It means if you never submit the phone then you will ready to arrange money for return your phone from security team .they charges as penalty
