.....no fix work time they force you login extra to convert the pitch into sales...salary too late...incentive is never given because quality of call was not at mark...they will not take any document while you hire no proper paper work is done...3-4 days training then put on calls directly...work from home is even worse...no system no internet allowance no week off

Lot to learn Demo booking process They behave Good with good attitude person and bad with bad attitude person, so always have a positive attitude towards work CEO is very understanding

Dislikes

Mind you own business not others Strict with attendance bonus Can't take any leave without week off But can manage any sudden leave between week by Sunday

Nothing to liked in the office , the only thing people might like is you will be provided with free alcohol during parties or event

Dislikes

There is everything to dislike, no hygiene, no proper working hours, no leaves national or international, salary are extended than the give salary period, will have to pray and cry to receive incentives which will be given after 6-7 months, to much of politics, not a safe place for girls to work, no scope of increment financial or in postions. SO BE CAREFULL

Nothing patheitic organization just hiring employees and then kicking them out just wasting employees time.
