Some seniors here are very kind and friendly, and they provide excellent guidance.

Dislikes

There is no fixed working schedule in this office. Although they claim that employees are required to complete 9 hours, the reality is quite different. We often end up working 10-12 hours or even more, followed by additional tasks from home after office hours. Moreover, we are expected to work on weekends as well, adding to the excessive workload. The work environment here is highly toxic, mentally draining, and exploitative, making it extremely difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
