The main drawback is low salary. And of course growth is too slow. No noticeable hikes. Orthodox- most of the time its not an easy task to get satisfaction with work. Sometimes its very hard to get leaves.

...rovide you one month shelter in between you have to search your room on rent. If you are working in Eenadu Television and forget to punch for attendance and continue worked for 26 hours you will get salary only for four hours. HR department will not consider your 26 hours duty because you have not punch on attendance device while CCTV camera are available everywhere on the work place. If your requirement is important for particular day EENADU TELEVISION will provide all facilities to you after that it will not recognise who are you? It is the policy of the organisation. I had lost several times salary because of not punch on attendance device. EENADU TELEVISION gives bonus to its staff either you left from the organisation, you will get you bonus for particular period in which you have worked but it depends on your relationship with Desk-in-Charge otherwise nothing will pay to you. Respect for the staff is very poor in EENADU TELEVISION. I am very greatful that EENADU TELEVISION gave me an opportunity to work with it but my experience is not very overwhelming. Caste Diversity does not exist in EENADU TELEVISION. It is fully so called upper caste dominated organisation and EENADU TELEVISION has no policy to bring divercity in news room. Until and unless divercity does not come in organisation, presentation of the contents will not be reflected without biased on Television. Divercity in caste should be from HR department to News room so that environment of the organisation looks vibrant and work culture may improve. As an organisation EENADU TELEVISION should respect it's experienced employees and take care of its self-respect so that one can work with full dedication afterall your human resource build the organisation if you don't respect them on one will do the same. Last but not least I would like to state that working with EENADU TELEVISION was my best experience and I have learned several things from there. I was fadeup with the then Desk -in-Charge and policy of the organisation to crush old employees therefore I have to left otherwise I don't want to leave. I hope my suggestions will help EENADU TELEVISION to be a best organisation in India. With regards Sanjay Kumar
