Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The salary pay is very less. I am working as a mobile app developer with 2.4lpa there. They also don't provide any kind of extra benifits. They are very strict about the time and culture

Lots of POLITICS No Respect for couliegs This is in ADVT Dept Still they r using old books system Team leaders wont support becz they wont get anything .Most of the Team Leaders cont speak English .

Lot of politics. They don't hv respect for lady employees. We shouldn't have own talent.Work load is very high.we need to bare Bossism. U need to work less talented people. No job security.
