Never paid salary on time, Every month they have new excuses Examples:- There is something misunderstanding going on between company and invester, I have dropped the cheque on our account, There is some issues with company Bank. The truth is they doesn't have money to pay and there is no invester.

1. They never pay salary on time. 2. we have been joining for three months but they have not given me any salary since my joining. (that's why I quit this job) 3. we are continuously asking for my salary each month from my company owner, but he has not properly responded to pay my salary. it is tough for our daily expenses and financially unable to support my family. 4. after two or three months, you may get one month's salary ( if you have good luck). 5. very bad marketing strategy. so, their products are not sold in the market (there are very few products). 6. he said a lot of money was seated in the company so he does not pay employees' salaries from his own funds, he said that if an investor invests in his company then he will pay the salary of the company's employees with that money. no investor usually invests in a loss-making company so it cannot get any employee's salary.

management should listen the requirements of employee & work distribution and training is not proper at all, guidance from manager is very poor, management should look into this.
