The work environment is good(atleast in my office). The salary is always paid at time. My suggestion to everyone would be to work here for a year to gain experience and then move on to a better job.

Dislikes

Almost all the employees are paid less then the industry standard. There are some leave policies that are childish and make it feel like we are in a school.

Likes

... team. The team is amazing—everyone’s super friendly and easy to get along with. Salary is on time (7th of each month). Monday to Saturday, 8.5 hours each, no overtime.

Limited leaves which leads to salary cuts.

Job security and interaction with different students.

No flexibility for trainers , poor salary and no growth opportunities. Politics! Pathetic work environment, crammed in a tiny office with age old computers, ac that does not work most of the time , bathroom used by everyone. Bad.

You learn a lot from this organisation. Of course you have to do it by yourself and no one will really help you apart from your colleagues who are your friends. But yes you will have great work experience and exposure. All about product knowledge. I have learnt a lot. Great ful for that.

Dislikes

... If you take leave on this days your money will be deducted twice the price. Also salary offered will be very less. But yes there is No pressure as such so relaxed on that part. People who have family and responsibilities and want relaxed environment can join edwise as allowances are there at cost of salary deductions.

Only Few employees are good.

Dislikes

Never work they are famous to deduct salary unnecessarily, very biased, uncultured, unprofessional, no freedom. They take original documents and after resignation they don't give it back, still fighting for it. Worst company ever not suggested to work nor do any overseas addmission through this.
