This place is an absolute mess to work at.

1. Salary isn't given on time 2. The team leaders are not encouraging. Infact, they plot against the employees. 3. They overload you with work 4. They put down you as an employee and make one feel like he/she is useless. At times, it goes to an extent that it is mentally harassing a person.

It was good experience as a SME... got opportunity as a class deliverer, content developer, translator, team leader... Group discussions taught alot But management is less cooperative...

Salary was not credited regularly. One has to approach many times for increment, variables etc

Exposure to different kinds of work like content development, team management, animation. Exposure to interact with different set of people.

Seniors interference in personal life of employees. No proper planning of work. Salary was not paid on time.

...do not voice out for the employees as they are scared of the managing committee. Salary was never on time. I had a very bad experience with this company. They promised to take me back after my maternity period but when I wanted to join back, they simply didn't respond and told me after asking for a numerous times, that there is no vacancy. They are very insensitive and do Not take care of any needs of the employees. They are only concerned about their benefits. Please please do not join this company.

Salary delay. Senior person will not give any response if we ask about salary. Worst Team leader,even my TL does not know anything if we ask. If we ask leave and any query HR will say "i dont know" .I dont know why they even open such useless company, and now this covid 19 pandemic they are not giving our salary.still feb salary pending. No word to describe this company.Never join this company.
