I only like some of the employee there, otherwise the place is a toxic place. Yeah they do good events for outsiders. Nut for employees it's a terrible environment

A lot many things are there to dislike, company environment, toxic work culture, they pay salary after 12 to 15 days of the month end, no matter how much work you do they never give promotion no increment. They ask to work even on holidays, tallents are never appreciated there.

There is nothing to like after facing a toxic people with toxic culture.

...rk life balance after you joined the office. There is no proper time of working.salary is not in continuous mode.it will variable according to the management wish.Just forget about the promotion only you do your hard work.only you get promoted by the position. No increment at all.No one is there satisfied by the work. Bcoj the people who are there and think that they are the so called higher authorities they only scold at you, never appreciated your work.Too much worst culture.no body is there who properly follow any hr policies.

There is no proper team which will be stable around 1 month.no team lead,no project manager and giving unexpecting deadline which is not feasible to complete within this time period.no holiday.there is no work life balance.you have to work like a slave.

The CEO gives opportunities to grow, actual kam paise mein jyaada kam karwata hai.. koi badi baat nahi hai .. sabko pata hai..

The CEO himself micromanage karta hai. Have trust issues with everyone in the office. Most Importantly He needs result from DAY 1. In every team meeting The CEO & CTO will make false promises. Shows dream to employees about appraisals, Promotions & Insentives but wont provide at all any benefits max times. CEO of the company says, He cannot be Anyone's Father Mother, when employees benefits come into picture & in time of appraisal. In every matter inside the office, CEO pokes his nose, as if he doesn't have any work at his level, Micromanages always and make fun, discourages every single employee. Here at Eduskills the Great Politicians like Bibek Ranjan Parmanik will always win by kuttniti. CTO is unfaithful... Unko kuch yaad nahi rehta hai... yaa phir jaan kar esa karte hai .. ek cheez ko confirm karega, baad mein agar kam bigad gaya toh direct muh pe mana kardega ki maine nahi bolta thaa.. woh senior hone ke karan tum kuch bol bhi nahi paoge.. - full scammer - I donot reccommend to join this HELL koi ek v acha insaan ofc men nahi hai ... God Bless to new joinees..

Nothing good about this organization. They dnt know how to manage things properly . They arey always confused about there projects

The work culture ,no one is clear about there vision. No Training is given ,Google is your only friend.
