Providing salary on time is a very necessary thing for an employee which is really happy to receive

Behavior of managers and growth of lower level employees Managers do not see that people at the top of the company are very good and people at the ground level are very good. The future of the company is going to be bad for the people in the middle.

Salary is on 13th of the month but yes they pay. Huge undue challenges which may help you to learn firefighting skills

Seniors are not at all supportive, reporting managers are politicians over here. Higher management only listen to the higher managers and axe the people who try to get the work done.

Don't join, there is no job security. What ever you perform and what ever position you are in. They only judge you by student reference.

The VP Mr. Vritto Sundar. Is the main game player. He loves to terminate trainers without any information.

there is no balanced cultured and suitable work place. some people holding their position year after year,they have no efficiency at all. taile people work here . after joining 6-7 month later they create pressure to resign from his job role . new and freshers are not established their job assurance in this company .

work culture and management system is too poor. they have to create pressure to work others domain. they do not fulfill his terms and conditions with employees.
