...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. But not sure about the existence of company. I resigned due to company was being locked by NCLT

Educomp Solutions Ltd is a good company to work with but the salary standard is very low as per positions given to mid level employees, overall a good company that spends a lot on functions but not on salary. Overall i have a good experience

...ve ever seen.. I wonder still its running.. my God.. Terrible life I had there . No salary from first month itself. But we have to work because of our agreement. After completion of my degree my first job. So I had no maturity to fight for my rights..

U dont get paid every month.so dont expect bonus or any increment.When i had joined there was no proper training, training was given by existing employees who themselves dont have much knowledge.The two schools where i worked for educomp were un happy with educomp and now they have replaced educomp.The only good thing about this company is that u dont have much work to do.U can sit and pass time in working hours but is also has the biggest disadvantage that u dont learn any thing and wint get a good job after u leave educomp.so dont join this company if u want to grow in future
