...ave no idea with other department but in my department the staff is so helpful Also we get salary on time , work culture is soo good

No job security, they can hire you for 2 year contractual job but they can easily terminate you before if the company is going under budget

Pathetic Hikes, Management doesn't care about the employee, no hikes from past two years, before that flat single digit hike whether you are an excellent performer or under performer.

All the staff is cooperative. The office atmosphere is calm and relaxed. No work pressure and stress. The company is good for freshers who have less knowledge or almost no knowledge. After exiting the office you are free.

Their is no performance appraisals. Everyone get same hike whether you are doing average and excellent. The office campus is not very good.

Its an awesome place to work and get experience.... Environment is very good....If I get another chance I would like to serve these company again
