There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary isn't decent and career growth is slow. Salary to work ratio is huge.

Stepping stone to start your in CAD domain. We can get strong in the CAD tools because of repeated practice.

No benefits other than salary. Poor work life balance. Less than average appraisal. Not good work environment.

There is a lots of bad experience ,there is less salary and more work and getting 2 to 3 months late salary ,vary unprofessional behaviour of proprietor .

One who wants to gain deep knowledge in design softwares can start teaching at this place & second thing u develop teaching skills...good for freshers

Salary given for your efforts is very less than expected , 95% employees working here are women , after a time u will get bored by teaching same thing again and again .

The job security of this company is 100%. My experience with them is very professiona l. The management team is good enough. They are very frank about payment to employee. During COVID-19 lockdown they provided online classes to students when all faculties were their home.

Payscale should be increased. 9hrs duty should be decrease to 8hrs(including 1 hr break).
