Nothing to like about this company.

Both HR are doing scam with employees like they're not giving salary on time. They'll ask your "Original Certificate" for verfication, just don't give your original certificate as they'll keep your certificate until you serve Notice period. And, during notice period (30 days) you won't be getting any salary. This management is really worse, from every manager to operation team they're doing scam. Founder and HR both are involved in this scam. In my opinion, don't join this company as an employee or as a student don't enroll.

I didn't like anything in this company as choosing this role is only the wrong decision which I made in my entire life.

Dislikes

I want to resign the 6 lpa job due to the target policies i.e reduction in our salary for not meeting the target ! And during my 3 rd training day itself my team lead sir has forced me to do 2-3 payments by the end of the day if not there will be reduction in my salary itseems !I have called more than 35+ and did my best but I couldn't achieve it ! And they didn't mention that there will be a reduction in salary if we won't meet the targets in our offer letter clearly !I lost 20k nearly for staying in Bangalore and pg & for transportation facilities ! I personally recommend don't tempt for 6 CTC or 25k during internship words which are mentioned in your office letter ! I am the one who trusted it and got suffered and ruined my career by rejecting all IT offers and getting into this 6lpa job! So please know and understand everything in depth before getting into a company like this!

At times the pressure from Mangers to meet tight deadlines or high expectations can be stressful. But it also fosters a accountability to perform at my best.
