if you are fresher, take my word for it. this is one of the best organization to lay the foundation for for inital stage of your career. In teh beginning, you'll need to put in the effort to understand the company vision/product, but once you get the hang of it, your wotk life will become much smoother. also, the seniors here are supportive & helpful.

there are very few festival celebrations,& fun activities are lacking

1. HR policy, Highly unprofessional. 2.Sudden salaries Cuts or with hold salaries on a very short notice 3. Ambiguity in Roles and responsibilities 4. A purely sales organisation runs , manage by sale persons.A technical person never going to adjust here.

One can upgrade their technical skills. Access to cutting edge technologies.

Dislikes

Even technical employee has unrealistic targets. Very minimal support from sales department. If you want grow as a technically, it not the place.

Hr policies are pathetic , it's quite company friendly , they will take you on trip and when you will try to put paper they will ask for the money . The trip which they are taking is based on the past year performance and they use it to retain the employee by these fake policies

The mid level managers of this particular company doesn't have any knowledge and they are in this company Bcoz of their long time stay. If you want to grow in your career this is not the right place to start with

1. Bossism 2. Self Dependant 3. No learning curve 4. Overtime work 5. No support from Manager 6. No time for family
