Yeah, having a good team makes a big difference. If you end up in a supportive team, you build strong friendships with your team leader, quality checker, and co-workers, which can make the job enjoyable despite other issues. But if the team keeps changing, it’s hard to form that bond and grow in your role.

Dislikes

If the salary was good initially but the increments are low and frequent team changes prevent you from gaining expertise, it can be frustrating. Plus, if the work environment is poor, it might not be a great place for long-term growth.

No pressure for the tasks given, can come lately to shifts but login hours must be 6.5 atleast, provide tea at 2 breaks

Dislikes

Low salary 15k per month, 6 days work, no holidays for most of festivals, poor maintenance of restrooms

...e unskilled persons. They are forcing to Work 12hrs in a day and work on sunday. For the OT not paying double of our salary. No skills you learn there. Everytime they will put work pressure specifically target.

Work is very super..... I love working with edr workspace is very good , friend Circle are getting good. Work is not presure .

Dislikes about management not giving proper salary and OT hrs. taking output from employees and not giving correct wages for their work, if we ask for salary details they are not responding properly and telling that you should not ask or raise questions and doubts regarding salary .... The company and working is good but the TL's and PL's are not supporting their teams members . It's seems to be school because no one can't talk with eachother 12hrs fullah watching system only , TL's are very worst expect some of the particular TL's . Selfish TL's and PL's. And they are not giving leaves for government holidays , sometimes Sunday also office compulsory .

There is a lot of politics and the management does'nt address our issues. Salary is low than others comparison with also very slow career growth, we can say there is no growth
