Worst company I have ever seen. Never ever pay on time. Even it takes 5 to 6 month of time and at the end they will pay you for one month. harrshed on regular basis by seniors.

The thing which I hate the most is delayed salaries. If you've worked for 2 months, then at the end of the 2nd month you will be getting the salary for the 1st month. Sometimes it's 3 months; like at the end of the 3rd month, you can get the salary for the 1st month. Eg: If you are working from the 1st of January, you will be getting your January's salary at the end of February or March.

I was disappointed with the team management at EdiQue Solutions. Their work processes were also inefficient and unproductive. This negatively impacted the overall project deliverables and timelines. I believe there is significant room for improvement in their organizational structure. I hope they address these concerns to create a more positive and productive work environment.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
