...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Working culture was good but some team managers as well as HOD's were not well deserved for the post they were working as well as management has been always stood for the staff but due to Senior Managers they had to be calm.

- No proper system -One person is entitled to do multiple role be it teachers or coordinators - No work-life balance - Unnecessary meetings and politics - Honestly speaking kids are their least priority they are just money minded - They do not give you your relieving or experience letter - You and your work is termed as inefficient once you put down the papers Terrible place to work 😕

Management is Good. Kids, few staffs are very helpful and very cooperatively.

...she does all nuisance in the school, she is spoiling the standard of the school. She just comes and get salary and go. But, nothing useful she has done. Always encouraging wrong people. Takes personal grudges in school.

...y you 15,000/- , out of which they also cut 200 RS saying it's professional tax. They won't give you a salary slip. They pay in cash to get rid of the black money and they pay you in wads of 100rs, it feels disgusting to collect money like this. If you work here you will lose what ever self respect you have for yourself.

They have a lot of work load and worst pay band ever.
