I feel good working with few team' but some other senior developers are not supporting to the new employees,good culture in Bangalore office

I felt bad with some development team members they are good for communication showing seniority towards newly joined employees

Excellent work culture, good environment and management. Managers are very good too. Provides opportunities to work on new technologies based on individual interest.

Since the merger with Atos, things have gome a bit downhill and the company outlook has started to look bleak with several employees leaving the company.

Except operations team , all the department are very good all the members or seniors are helpful, supported ang good in nature.

In operations team, there were many politics happened, if you are freshers then never joined in "Avinaba Bandhu Majumder" team the worst team ever you never grow if you don't have the talent of politics or doing PNPC (Manager or senior ko oiling karna). If the freshers do some work, I know minor mistake are happened but the your efforts never be count . They never give the proper training and give pressure in all the time and always always treat freshers like a experienced person. After you permanent , then also manager and team members pressure you to give the resignation. Manager kabhi bhi tumhara bat nhi manta hai hamesa batoo ko ghuma kr tumhara hi fault batayega .
