They are not worried for your hike 1-5% yearly hike, promotion also has same % increment and they will club promotion with yearly hike and give.

Dislikes

...e here . Hikes are bad and given late by 2-3 months in FY and considered normal. Bonus % never crossed 100( I have seen 60,80,90). Role change is candy with low (5% (more frequent)-12%) hike. Issue is not manager but top tier not willing to give money even when profits are good .

Salary hike is never there. Promotions are a dream. The half yearly bonus (which is a part of our annual pay) is not given fully. Lesser than 50% is only given. In some cases, much lesser.
