The worst company i have ever met in pharma world with zero professionalism. Even for salary slip one need to beg infront of VP Commercial - Manish Shah who made the work place terrible. He doesn't allow to get salary slip every moth. Even after leaving the company he doesn't allow to get you basic documents like Relieving Letter and FnF ar least for 4 to 5 months or even more than that depending on his mood..... When you resigned from Edge Pharma this person will ensure to make your notice period worst than hell...so think 100 times before joining the company. There is nothing to like about this company .... rules n regulations varies from person to person I.e. if you are in good book you will get leaves and work from home and other facilities or else not.

...ory Affairs No matter at which position u work. 6. Use fabricated documents 7. Deduct half day salary if you reached even 10 or 15 mins late. No matter how much extra hours you have worked. 8. Unhygienic washroom which is used by both male and female employees several times but same will be cleaned only once in morning which is ridiculous but no one will attend your pinpoint.

I have had the privilege of working at Edgepharma. The company provides a healthy work-life balance, Team members are not just colleagues but also friends, and the management promotes open communication, teamwork, and unity among all. The best part is Management is approachable and down to earth, in case Mistakes occur, they explain, support, and motivate their employees to learn and grow from the experiences. I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity given to me by the company for my professional growth. and I highly recommend anyone seeking a fulfilling and nurturing work environment that values its employee's well-being and encourages their professional development

Everything. If you are fresher, mid experienced or highly experienced etc. I highly recommend DO NOT JOIN this company. Nothing to learn here, only politics, can trust no one, can not name a single department without politics, a lot and lot of drama. A very bad part is, the management knows who is bothering and torturing an employee still they do nothing, yess they will pretend to listen (reality is they need gossips) and say we are always here to help but that is all rubbish, the management will stab you from behind, have double faces. QA, Production and especially Regulatory department are worsttt. Micro management, Regulatory manager has no manners to communicate, do not even expect some common sense, worst person to deal with. Apart from work, company will provide no benefits to employee, No freedom to talk to each other, No celebrations, no clicking pictures, management will always watch from CC TV (and send you ss if you are using phone). Strict culture, Maximum people left the company. No matter from whichever department you got an offer, DO NOT JOIN. If you are goal oriented person, wrong place for you. Honestly, AmbitionBox should have had negative rating system, this company do not even deserve a single star rating.

The company gives us full ownership of the project and opens to new ideas for the growth of the project. Seniors and collegues are very supportive. Overall positive environment.

Commute from home to office is little difficult
