Overall I wasted 4.5yrs in developing business, no support from management. No body attend to field , only sales people responsibility. Product manager and marketing manager do not come to field to see market reality. No inputs which can help to generate or increase business. Very huge politics specially CEO, VP sales and Marketing team. No body takes responsibility and no helping hands. No man power for field support. HR people are just to remove people , CEO having huge attitude issue. Only keeps on shouting. It's not good organisation to work.

Dislikes

Huge politics, No support to develop business, keep shouting in meetings, No job security.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
