Will not suggesting anybody to join them. In pre sales, post sales everywhere is politics. Favoritism is on peak. Upper management to lower management everybody is there doing bad politics towards employees. Pre sales department having incentive facility but only one favorite human getting the facilities. There is no space for talent, humanity.

They have Wfh facility, which is good for maintaining the balance between work and family life

Dislikes

Terrible management. No job security. Very bad work culture. High level of open Partiality and favouritism amongst the employees by the management; starting from TL to upper management.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
