There is no job security...they will recruit u and after two months or anytime they will call u and tell u our projects are not doing well... director sir ask us to short the team..we can't afford u. Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
