Work hours are terrible, managers have no clear vision or leadership skills to guide any way forward, every manager is trying to pull the other manager's leg which leads to strings of petty mails, strained work relationships and toxic work environment, leaders lack empathy or they have no idea/pretending to have no idea of what's going on.

...abt com. 1st Three hears was good, but after covid company behaving like weird. No hike No proposion No increment Branch counter guy sent for premium collection like recovery officer.
