Salary on time, system is too good and working culture is very well

Dislikes

They have only 1 product LAP only self-employed profile, where turnover is more than 1 crore. They are doing only Approved and Regularized property but ROI is 2% to 2.5% is above than other banks. They want cream file like HDFC Bank but not offer HDFC Bank ROI.

Compensation is decent, if been compared to industry standards for MBA or equivalent degree holders. Very high work pressure, No one is there to listen to your problems, no HR, no manager, no senior member is there for seeking any kind of help or resolving any problems. No proper support from manager in any aspect. Lack of motivation and learning. Person as well as as as-as development is lacking.

Most disappointing part to work is, no one is self-motivated, not even manager supports your individual actions.

Edelweiss was taking care of thier employees in lockdown also give salary time to time. Work culture is very good and have great experience to work with edelwiess.

There are some issue but i dont want to share it about company. Over all it is good company.

...almost harass you in terms of work life. They do not provide any reimbursements. They just want you to run for business whether you have to spend your whole salary in doing so.

Good work life balance. Very employee centric and open door policy. Good bonus

Dislikes

Fixed pay is less as they compensate by giving bonuses. Lot of restructuring. Job insecurity due to closure of many business verticals currently
