Nothing much to like here. You have good level of job security. Nothing else.

Dislikes

The company works in a disorganised manner. Nothing is structured and on place. No proper segregation of duty is there as well. No training and development for operations team. No employee benefit. Everything is highly manual and on excel. Basic induction is also not give you won’t feel like your work for a company. People where pajamas and come to office and even ripped jeans. If you come from a multinational here you will regret in all senses. So don’t come.

I like that they give stability to their employees and that the remuneration comes on time, may what come.

Dislikes

Frequent changes in processes makes the working struggling. No focus on work related skill n knowledge enhancement

Honestly nothing to dislike we all knw politics will be present, we knw lil biasedness we all gonna get to see so chill great place to work

Dislikes

It's a sales driven organisation, revenue oriented, least bothered about client's service. Nor they priorities the Backend officer or service manager. No growth for service person nor they have created a KRA which may help to be well paid.

L&D is great but so many criterias need to be met for earning incentive.

Dislikes

Poor incentive system for sales people.. scorecard is complex criteria to deduct hard earned incentive. Hire u as wealth RM and treated as field sales executives...not recommended for post grades. Careers growth is slow and incentive structure needs to be more sales oreiented.
