Good appraisals with little partiality. No deduction in compensation. Increment and bonus are decent. Company policies are average. People here are very nice including bosses.

Dislikes

There is no structure to work. Ownership is given to those who take it quietly, even if he/she is not responsible for the work. WFH is fully utilised, wherever possible. No scope of learning/training or guidance from the company/seniors.

Dislikes

The leadership in tech is terrible. I have been shouted publically. Team members openly are shouted in high pitch voices. Theirs constant pressure to manipulate and not doing go results in verbal shouting . Calls at late evening and mid night are expected as the heads can call anytime. The culture across the company is really good however in my team it has gone bad in last few years. Teams talk about it but are scared to report the same. Hopefully things should change.

Since it’s a new company so you get to learn new everyday.

Dislikes

Work life balance is challenged as per the particular department is considered (Motor Claims). Can’t comment for other departments. But that’s a challenge in entire industry.

Working with team members was fun. Everyone was very helpful. There are members from the the other organisations also in the tech team. But everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

I worked in the Technology team. Work culture at company was poor. Proper organization Structure was not there. Due to high volume of work, you will learn many things mainly related to web development but in a stressful environment. Poor organization skills of the people above made work more complicated. You have to work late hours and probably on weekends too. Pay is not according to the high volume of work a fresher does in a strict deadlines.

Favoritism,Biased mentality, no open heart to encourage the real talents, Partially on appraisal ,nothing considered on KPI,
