Teammates etc are good, salary is decent.

Dislikes

Edelweiss as a group is the best to work with but talking about Edelweiss Agri Value Chain Limited I don't think it is as good as it's parent company now a days.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow, the work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 18 to 20 hours straight in a day as I have managed to Client meeting in the evening and sometimes late into the night, Manager do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.
