Terrible politics in the same level and from top level. All think about how to do leg pulling with others. And how to get rise by making people down. Top management believe on "foot dalo aur Raj karo" . "Apas mai bhidwao, aapko nicha dikhao aur phir bahar ka rasta dikhao". They only believe for their payments not for other. No sympathy. All management employees are puppets of top management.

Latest Machinery eq .XL-102 (EIGHT COLOR) and range of die cutting machines. Every department have one head ,how work like a leader to lead his team. Quality and DOD (date of delivery) are the benchmarks of the company.
