Management wants to employee to attend meetings and do work beyond office hours. 04.If you do work on Saturday so neither company provides compensation off nor no extra salary. 05. People are very unprofessional and illiterate 06. Company does not take care of employee. 07. There is no standard facilities like self-insurance, family insurance. 08. HR is very unprofessional and rude person. 09. Before joining company asks to submit Marksheets of your School and Collage. 10. There is no balance and harmony between life and work 11. HR threats if you forget to punch in the morning. 12. Management says employees to fill very good review about the company on all portal. 13. ...ity. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
