Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

01. Management treats employees like ROBOT. 02. Management wants to employee to do work on Saturday and at Holiday as well. 03. Management wants to employee to attend meetings and do work beyond office hours. 04.If you do work on Saturday so neither company provides compensation off nor no extra salary. 05. People are very unprofessional and illiterate 06. Company does not take care of employee. 07. There is no standard facilities like self-insurance, family insurance. 08. HR is very unprofessional and rude person. 09. Before joining company asks to submit Marksheets of your School and Collage. 10. There is no balance and harmony between life and work 11. HR threats if you forget to punch in the morning. 12. Management says employees to fill very good review about the company on all portal. 13. Company culture - Excellent

...ity. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
