1. No clarity was given by top management in regards to the reporting structure 2. Late sitting 3. Bad Politics at Top Level 4. Very Medicare but Egoistic Management 5. Blame Game 6. Will make you sign a contract for staying in a company for 2 years which is illegal

Late sittings 6. Lacks process & planning 7. Very hard to take leaves 8. HR tried to trick new joiners into signing a 2-year bond. The clause was not conveyed when the offer letter was given.
