Just liked the salary on time part.

They literally don't give leaves to junior employees. Seniors in every departments are troubling their team members. Some seniors are even molesting and abusing their juniors in team. Head of some departments are perverts and pass mean comments. Company is fine, it's just that the people who have been hired to work on senior positions are going to put this company down.

HR & Founders would not take any action to smoothen the work culture and they are totally avoiding the mistakes & behaviour of top employee because of their personal relations (i.e. close friend (Mohinder Kushwaha) at top position who haven't knowledge about the industry in which they hired him)

Major dislike about the company, ECSO team is continuously hiring their known people's on senior positions who haven't experience in the same field. I think you can understand the working environment by reading the above line & can better judge. Pls save your valuable time and save your future by ignoring this political company...

Company is very good along with working culture atmosphere.

Dislikes

Company need some more experience. Due to experience lacking some employee not satisfied due to company exit process. Exit process is not at par .
