BOTH Owner have good person and always ready to discuss for any new opportunity , salary on time ,expenses clear on time as employee want, friendly environment all good. I learn many thing from ecomitram but due to low salary and project manager behaviour (who have mental issue) i need quite.

Salary not on time, worst organizational culture, even while traveling money is not given on time, 2-3 months without salary, lot of politics in company,some seniors consider themselves as owner,sometimes they ask for office even on weekends & no extra pay for that, lot of frauds with clients also, No management, No HR, just like working in shop, poor infrastructure.

Likes

There are times when there is no bad in someone. Ecosense is now out from its old web of too many employees and late salaries. Salaries are now on time, meals are provided, international installation tours are reimbursed and the company is working on some really nice products that may do wonders in the time to come. Good luck to management.

Location could be an issue for some.
