Company policies now no more favorable for expatriate and salary package & facilities also reduced through policy change for expatriates(foreign nationals)

Dislikes

Misuse of 360 degree feedback for wasted interest (self security) and nobody taking it positively for improvement of down the line employees and for overall development of Organization.

Use & through after work /target completion and management having no vision in long run perspective so employees have no fruitful future with such industries.There is imbalance of authority distribution with respect to work responsibility.Superiors interfare too much and no individual free working space for managers.

Pls my dear fellow humans..do not ever ever join this company even by mistake. You will ruin your career even though you are a top performer. Khoon ki dushmani is abundant and most useless policies and the top management doesnt think with their brains and do not consider any ideas..any issue arises people throw mud on each other and spend enormous money and no ressult. Dear mates pls do not ruin ur caree with thia company

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
