1) If you are a male, dont apply for jobs here. You will be replaced in 2-6 months for sure. 2) 85% resignations and terminations every year is a common thing in this school. 3) Even expats who are appointed as HoDs are upset with the work culture and no one wants to work here. 4) If you resign or you are terminated, they will take 6 - 8 months to settle your dues and no explanations are given. 5) Multiple court cases are going on against them filed by employees who have been exploited. 6) Termination of service has no valid reasons. 7) naukri.com, LinkedIn and Indeed is full of vacancies under their school name as no employee stays with them for long. 8) A school with 250 students has 2 admin managers and one General manager in admin. But a general manager informally reports to manager admin who is a lady. The other admin manager who is a male is just guest manager. Gender bias school. 9) No safety measures for students in school. Fire safety equipment though visible do not work and the management is silent on the same though they are aware of it. 10) Celebrity kids study here, but these celebrities are not aware of the safety measures not been followed. The building structure and washrooms are pathetic while no investments are made on them.

Nothing to like. Worst & Arrogant management. The only advantage is free lunch for the staff.

Lala land culture. Third class management interferes in day to day routine. No job security. Think twice before joining.

Salary increment and appraisal is very dissatisfied. Increment of same people again and again...one person is having multiple post instead of giving chance to upcoming people...No recognition for Hard work...
