1) Has an orthodox compensation package. 2) Annual Bonus is part of CTC where 50% of the amount is dependent on the performance of the organization and 50% of self performance.

Likes

Ecolab pay you good perks and lot of other benefits also. Best part is company always talk about safety.

Dislikes

No Growth for person working at lower level. Only top bosses will keep on reshuffling from one profile to another.
