1) No Micro-management. Associates are given their freedom to complete their tasks. 2) Lot of opportunities for up-skilling. 3) Regular development week and mentorship programs. 4) Internal Job Postings are encouraged to ensure talent development.

Dislikes

1) Has an orthodox compensation package. 2) Annual Bonus is part of CTC where 50% of the amount is dependent on the performance of the organization and 50% of self performance.

I have worked in this show and if I get a chance again, I will definitely join. But this time I have to work till the end.
