Dislikes

The personal life here will be completely disrupted. Although we’re supposed to have Saturdays and Sundays off, it feels like there’s no real break. The company’s vision isn’t clear, so there's no direction for the future. Company is asking to spend 20 days a month collecting money from customer from the sales team and the remaining 10 days on actual business. The company is entirely credit-driven, so sales efforts have negligible value and decisions carry little weight. Joining this company will only ruin my personal life further.
