The company changes policies every now and then. Annual Appraisals are not fair. Employee growth is not much at starting or middle career positions. They only consider senior management people's careers.

In this company our production department staff is very good in behavier and very helpful

Company get out the neem training staff after completation of two years training and take new neem trainee as a fresher this is very bad

it is the fast growing industry of india .it manufacture a product catalatic converter .the product is use for cleaning of Environment to a harmfull gases .it is pure mechanical industry.
